Extract a large amount of bearing stiffness and damping data, perform rotor dynamics analysis, ensure the reasonable vibration value of the rotor, ensure that the rated speed is set away from the critical speed, and enhance the stability of the whole aircraft.

Through the professional design of rotor dynamics, a tilting pad bearing with strong load capacity and low vibration is adopted. The bearing bush can automatically adjust the center according to the load and temperature changes to ensure that the unit can operate stably in various harsh working conditions.

  • IGV High Performance IGV

The electric actuator drives the airfoil stainless steel blades to accurately control the opening of the inlet guide vanes, change the pre-swirl value of the intake air, and improve the operating efficiency of the centrifugal compressor. When the compressed air demand is reduced, IGV can save up to about 9% of energy consumption, making the centrifugal compressor efficient and energy-saving.

  • Integral Casting Gearbox-Modular Integrated Assembly

The horizontally split gearbox is cast with the volutes at all levels, and the cooler box is cast as a whole, with a modular design. Compared with the welded gearbox split structure, the main structure has high strength, fewer processing surfaces, and reliable operation. There is no assembly error between the volutes at all levels and the gearbox body, no deformation, low noise, and low vibration. Processing, assembly, transportation, on-site installation, and maintenance are simple and convenient.
