A forced circulation pump, which comprises a pump body, a motor, an impeller, a pump shaft and a bearing box, wherein the pump shaft is fixed on the bearing box through a bearing; the motor is fixed at one end of the pump shaft; the impeller is fixed at the other end of the pump shaft; the impeller is positioned in the cavity of the pump body; and the pump body is fixed on the bearing box.
This forced circulation pump is characterized in that the pump body adopts a 90 degree bend type. On one hand, the optimized hydraulic model design reduces the impact on the pump body during medium transmission, and prolongs the service life of the pump body, and on the other hand, the pump can be directly mounted on a crystallizer or a reactor through the pump body without mounting a pipeline, thereby reducing the production cost of using manufacturers.
The pump is mainly applicable to forced circulation of evaporators in tripolycyanamide, ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt, alumina, sodium hydroxide, light industry and other industries, and can also serve as a circulation pump for crystallizer or a reactor.
