WJ type non-clogging corrosion-resistant slurry pump
Overview
WJ type non-clogging corrosion-resistant pulp pump adopts “S” type advanced double-flow impeller form, and is a new type of coarse pulp pump specially designed for coarse pulp and impurity-containing conditions in the papermaking industry.
The pump has the characteristics of good particle passability, no blockage, wide range of slurry concentration (1~8%) (especially suitable for conveying 5%~6%), etc. It can pass through long fiber cotton pulp (fiber length 60-80mm), Chemical fiber pulp, crude wood pulp, various particles, sewage and garbage, etc. Compared with the old ZBJ type slurry pump, the impeller itself is lighter (plate welded impeller and precision casting impeller are used), the axial radial force is small, the service life is long, and the efficiency can be increased by 10~15%. If the overcurrent part is made of ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti, CD4MCu, JM3 materials, it can be suitable for conveying slurries containing corrosive liquids below 200°C.
The product adopts spiral special impeller, which can transport ≤18% medium and high concentration slurry. It is especially suitable for cooking and spraying, pulping and sand removal, strong corrosiveness, and particularly severe wear conditions. Feeding of quality slag remover (containing a lot of sand and sand), feeding of coarse sieve, feeding of compound dimensional separator, conveying of long fiber media, etc.
Features
The outside is covered with a metal jacket, which has a firm structure and stable operation, and can effectively eliminate the adverse effects of aging of plastic molded parts caused by long-term outdoor operation. The overcurrent parts are made of non-metallic materials such as UHM-WPE and PVDF which are resistant to corrosion and wear. Although the pump has a semi-open impeller, it has high efficiency thanks to the advanced hydraulic design. Adopt unique particle-resistant cartridge single and double mechanical seals.
Corresponding flushing schemes can be configured according to customer needs, and are widely used in pickling, environmental protection desulfurization, denitrification, chemical industry, papermaking, dye wastewater treatment and other fields. The modified pump has stable operation and strong anti-cavitation performance, especially suitable for acid-base and corrosive media containing particulate impurities. It has the advantages of high efficiency and energy saving, low noise and vibration, high reliability, long life, no inferior to imported pumps, and reasonable price.
