The BQS series mine explosion-proof sand discharge submersible pump is a new product designed by our company. It has a beautiful appearance and can be operated continuously under water for a long time. The product has the advantages of compact structure, light and small, facile à déplacer, no need for water diversion, double-sided sealing,durability, safety and reliability, and strong adaptability.
In terms of structural design, BQS series pumps have the following characteristics:
（1）The BQS mine explosion-proof sand discharge submersible pump adopts a combined design of a water pump and a motor. The upper part is a motor, the middle part is a mechanical seal, and the lower part is a water pump. The motor is coaxially connected with the mechanical seal and the water pump.
（2）The water pump is composed of impeller, volute, water inlet section, water outlet, etc. The impeller is fixed by key strip and fastened by a nut.
（3）The motor adopts a three-phase AC flameproof dry-type squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, and the stator winding adopts polyester enameled wire, which greatly improves the service life of the motor.
（4）BQS (2.2kW~90kW) motor adopts interlayer forced cooling structure, which is especially suitable for drainage operations in underground mines.
（5）The casing of the unit is made of steel, cast iron, etc., which are small in size, compressive and anti-collision, safe,reliable, and durable.
（6）The incoming cable adopts a special sealing structure to prevent water from entering the motor; the motor shaft extension adopts a rubber oil seal to block mud and sand. This type of pump uses an integral double-end mechanical seal.
Application
BQS submersible pumps are suitable for places where there is a danger of methane and coal dust explosions in coal mines, and transport mixed sewage containing insoluble solid phases such as silt, coal slime, coal gangue,coal cinder, and fiber.
The product can also be used in construction buildings, hospitals, residential quarters, municipal engineering, road traffic and construction, factory sewage, small sewage treatment and other occasions, to discharge wastewater, rainwater, and sewage containing solid particles and long fibers.
